Introduction to the NBKA Equipment loan program
The Loan Equipment program is to enable new and existing members access to key beekeeping equipment as they progress through their beekeeping journey.
Members can access this Loan program
- Contact our Equipment Officer on nbkaequipmentofficer@gmail.com to ask if the item that you want is available to book. Please understand the amount of the Deposit of the Loan that you are committing too.
- Arrange a date and time to pick up the equipment you need.
- Turn up. Give yourself enough time to read and sign the Loan Schedule and the Contract.
- Pay the deposit costs. Please note that we are only able to make cash payments for the deposits.
- Use the equipment, then clean it as required prior to its return.
- Return the equipment. If it’s in the same good order as you received it, then your deposit will be returned.
Members loaning equipment from the club require to complete the Loan Schedule before loaning the equipment.
The equipment officer will have these forms available for you to fill out or you can download and prefill them to save some time.
Please ensure you have read and understood the NBKA Equipment Loan Contract before signing. If you have any questions regarding this, please speak to the NBKA Equipment Officer.
Members loaning equipment from the club require to read and agree to the NBKA Equipment Loan Contract.
Your agreement to this contract is done when signing the NBKA Equipment Loan Schedule for the item you are loaning from the club.
This contract is available on this page and also available from the equipment loan officer before you pick up the equipment. It is your responsibility to understand your commitment to these terms before loaning any of the equipment.
